Terms & refunds

Last updated: [launch date]. Each engagement also has a short statement of work (SOW). If the SOW and these terms differ, the SOW wins.

1. The service

A fixed-price audit of your Sidekiq setup, based on snapshot file(s) you generate with the provided read-only script. You get a written report and a walkthrough call, as described for your tier on the pricing section.

2. Your part

Run the collector script, review its output, send it through a channel you choose, and name one contact for questions.

3. Delivery

Quick Scan: 5 business days after I receive the snapshot. Full Audit: 10 business days after I receive the second snapshot.

4. Payment

Prices are in USD. Quick Scan is paid upfront. Full Audit is 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Payment is by Payoneer payment link (card or ACH) or international wire. Any bank or card fees on your side are yours.

5. Refunds and cancellation

• Cancel before you send the snapshot: full refund.
• After I receive the snapshot, the upfront payment is non-refundable, because the work has started.
• If I can't deliver within the timeline above, you can cancel for a full refund.

6. Revisions

One round of clarifications to the report within 14 days of delivery. New analysis is a new engagement.

7. Limitations

Findings are expert recommendations based on point-in-time data. I don't access or change your systems. There is no guarantee of a specific performance outcome. My total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement.

8. Intellectual property

You own the report delivered to you. I keep all rights to the collector, templates and methodology, and may reuse anonymized, non-identifying patterns.

9. Confidentiality

Mutual. I don't name you as a client publicly without written permission.

10. Support

Email replies within 2 business days during the engagement. No on-call or 24/7 support.
